    Job Summary :
    The SAP Integration Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining SAP integration solutions within the organization.

    This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring the seamless flow of data between SAP systems and other applications.

    The SAP Integration Administrator plays a crucial role in optimizing business processes by maintaining reliable and efficient integrations.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Integration Configuration and Maintenance :

    • Design, configure, and maintain SAP integration solutions to support business processes.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by monitoring data flows and resolving any integration errors.
    • Collaborate with SAP developers and other IT teams to implement and test integration solutions.

    Integration Monitoring and Troubleshooting :

    • Proactively monitor integration processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
    • Troubleshoot integration failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.

    Performance Optimization :

    • Identify opportunities to optimize integration processes for performance and efficiency.
    • Implement performance tuning and scalability improvements as needed.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align integration solutions accordingly.

    Security and Compliance :

    • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • Implement security best practices and maintain user access controls.
    • Stay updated on SAP integration security standards and apply them as necessary.

    User Support and Training :

    • Provide support to endusers and assist in troubleshooting integrationrelated issues.
    • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on integration processes and best practices.

    Vendor Management :

    • Collaborate with thirdparty vendors or service providers for SAP integration solutions.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Stay uptodate with SAP integration technologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to existing integrations as needed.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in SAP integration administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, or SAP CPI.
    • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, ABAP) and scripting languages.
    • Familiarity with web services (SOAP, REST), API management, and middleware platforms.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
    • SAP certification(s) in integrationrelated modules is a plus.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
    • Knowledge of cloudbased integration platforms (Azure, or GCP).
    • AWS Knowledge is desirable

    Project management skills :

    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
