      Market Job Description :

      Wells Fargo India plays a key role in enabling global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting various business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation, Product, Analytics, and Modeling. The operations are based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai locations.

      Department Overview

      The Liquidity Analytics Strategy and Reporting functions fall under Treasury within the Enterprise Finance department. This group, part of the treasury division of Enterprise Finance, is responsible for Liquidity Reporting and Analytics for the bank.

      About the Role
      Assisting in aggregating and reviewing consolidated inputs for the firm's Loan and Interest for resolution reporting, potentially including reporting to the Federal Reserve via the FR2052A submission.
      Providing complex financial analysis and research to support management decision-making for consolidated liquidity planning related to Loan and Interest cashflows

      Responsibilities :
    • Managing data processes to ensure compliance with emerging regulations on liquidity management and stress testing
    • Researching and improving the reliability of liquidity-related data across the firm
    • Identifying and implementing solutions for complex liquidity issues, contributing to strategic decisions within Treasury and across the company
    • Preparing additional ad-hoc analyses/presentations and completing special projects of varying durations
    • Assisting in the development, maintenance, and execution of Governance & Oversight framework documentation and controls, including reconciliation and variance analysis
    • Contributing to the further development of proprietary reporting tools and testing the implementation of improvements/enhancements
    • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of attention to detail and critical thinking. They must possess excellent collaboration and organization skills, with the ability to develop cross-functional relationships and manage deadlines effectively. The candidate should be able to work independently, exhibit high organizational skills, prioritize multiple tasks, and embrace new challenges.
    • Market Skills and Certifications :

      Essential Qualifications
    • 10-12 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or reporting
    • CA, CMA, CPA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, MCom, MBA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, and 4-6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or reporting
    • Advanced SQL skills
    • 6+ years of Liquidity or other Corporate Treasury experience
    • Experience with financial models, especially in documentation and governance areas
    • Experience with financial systems project development and user acceptance testing
    • Experience with governance and oversight requirements for regulatory and risk reporting
    • Desired Qualifications
    • Ability to effectively operate in a complex and matrixed environment
    • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Experience with general ledgers and accounting policies
