    Job Title: Treasury Analyst APAC

    Company: Alstom

    Purpose of the Job: As a Treasury Analyst APAC, you will provide support on activities like Bank Guarantees, Forex Risk Management, and Cash Management within the region, preparing forecasts and reports on regional Treasury KPI's.

    Organization Structure: Reports to Regional Treasurer APAC.

    Network & Links

    Internal: Cluster Treasurers, Central Treasury Team, Business Finance Team

    External: Bankers

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    Scope of job:

    • Support and lead the bank guarantees issuance process for various countries.
    • Manage outstanding guarantees and validate charges periodically.
    • Compile cash flow budgets, analyze, and plan cash flow for the region.
    • Monitor budget vs actual cash flow monthly.
    • Minimize trapped cash and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
    • Monitor bank account confirmation campaigns quarterly.
    • Support cluster team in Hedge Accounting for Foreign Exchange Exposures.
    • Understand and map regulatory landscape in the region.

    Educational Requirements

    Qualified Accountant (CA with 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience)

    Bangalore

    Experience

    1-2 years experience in bank guarantees, understanding of Foreign Exchange Risk Management, and working in medium to large treasury setup.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with good communication skills.

    Measurement

    Timely delivery of treasury services and strong support of Treasury controlling and operations.
