Senior Architect
We are looking for inspired architect to handle projects from the initial briefing to the final stages of construction.

The architects responsible for managing client relationships, client developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
- assigning them tasks Junior Architects a

  • Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops
  • Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
  • Preparing building models and structure plans
  • Guiding the construction project from start to finish
  • Presenting project briefs to clients

Requirement:


  • Required Minimum experience of 10 years
  • Excellent experience in Revit software In prior
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Master degree in Architecture
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Revit software highly desirable and in prior bases
  • Excellent leadership and networking skills
  • Advanced communication skills

Salary:
₹70, ₹85,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
