Description
You will be part of the Operational Governance team within Central Business Services for Marketing. You will ensure all documentation is updated annually.

You will serve as a Marketing process modeler who is responsible for control framework, process modeling documentation and development and keeping process models evergreen across the department.

This will involve building process models from scratch and editing existing maps to improve quality and reflect process changes.

You will be responsible for interfacing with internal Control Managers as well as Control Officers to maintain consistency and standardization across all Marketing operations functions.

In addition, you will be accountable for understanding and documenting the ecosystem for which the model exists.

This includes, but is not limited to; data availability and structure, tools leveraged, common identifiers across a process, controls, obligations and supporting documentation.

This will help with gap analysis, process improvements, training and maintaining an always audit ready environment. Key requirements of success include flexibility, strong communication skills and independent, analytical and holistic thinking.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and development of Marketing process models in Signavio and lead the documentation of new or altered processes
  • Support the crossfunctional effort to align metrics and procedures with process models and associated controls. Requiring independent information gathering and documentation to address gaps, risks and dependencies.
  • Leverage reporting and process maps to identify opportunities and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes that improve quality and efficiency resulting in a more positive customer experience Consult with internal and external control stakeholders on impacted documentation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 24 years of experience in a business or quantitative discipline required
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently and multitask with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency of project management, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • PC expertise, including fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio. Experience with Signavio or other process modeling tools is preferred
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
