    We are looking for Passionate and hard-working General Managers who want to live and work in Canada or Australia region under Work and PR Visa.

    The ideal candidate for the position of General Manager will embody a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and exceptional leadership acumen.

    We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of driving organizational success, fostering innovation, and cultivating a high-performing team culture.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with resilience and creativity.

    ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve financial targets.
    Proven ability to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve productivity, resulting in cost savings and enhanced performance.

    Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L responsibility, leading to improved profitability and ROI.Track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, resulting in employee engagement and retention.

    Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and driving business expansion through referrals and repeat business.

    Proven success in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and expanding market share.

    Experience in assessing risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices to safeguard the company's reputation and assets.

    Excellent communication skills, including effective stakeholder communication, presentations to executive leadership, and preparation of comprehensive reports and analysis for decision-making purposes.

    Experience leading innovation initiatives, driving process improvements, and managing change effectively to adapt to evolving market dynamics and stay ahead of industry trends.

    Commitment to upholding ethical standards, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and corporate social responsibility within the organization.

    QualificationsBachelor's Degree in business management or a Masters in business administration with 7+ years of prior experience.

    Experienced in assessing risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing measures to protect the company's assets and reputation.

    Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and retention.

    Demonstrated ability to leadExtensive experience in financial analysis, budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sound financial health, profitability, and sustainable growth.

    Skilled in optimizing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize resources.
