    What We do:

    We are part of the technology consulting community, and our purpose is to help Enterprises & Industry verticals and solve their business problems. Our focus is to build industry use cases using emerging technologies like 5G, Edge & IoT and work with telecom technology companies to bring emerging technology towards the communication industry. We also work with our alliance partners to create monetization & value propositions around complementary emerging technologies like Blockchain, GenAI, Quantum etc. While we have very high focus on India market & neighboring countries we do significant work with global customers through our network firms. We are a team of customer-facing professionals with strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen coupled with innovative & out of the box thinking. We are expanding our Emerging Technologies team where we are looking for seasoned industry professional who want to be empowered to build innovative solutions, own new customer & partner relation & deliver consulting engagement to our customers.

    What you will do :

    • Drive solution sales across CSP & Enterprises by creating value-based relationship with existing & potential customers.
    • Engage with Enterprise Customers to build their private 5G infrastructure & Architecture for various use cases.
    • Engage with CSPs to identify white space in their portfolio & offer solutions.
    • Create Industry use case / prototype that can be built to accelerate 5G adoption within Enterprises.
    • Build Assets, PoC, Platforms & collaterals to create proof points & value propositions in Industry.
    • Actively engage with existing and potential partner organizations to build service offering around 3rd party products.
    • Build internal knowledge & capability modules to evangelize Telecom domain opportunities within the Firm & its network .

    What skill you need:

    • 10+ years of E2E Solutioning experience in Telecom sector with background in Technical pre-sales / solution sales AND/OR Product portfolio Management AND/OR Consulting background.
    • Ability to innovate eg. White Paper, Blog, Ideation, Journal publications, patents, open-source contributions etc.
    • Familiarity with telecom Industry standards like ETSI, 3GPP, ITU, or other industry forums (eg. OpenStack, CNCF projects etc).
    • Exposure towards Enterprise - Industry use cases (FWA, CMTC, MMTC) using 4G+ 5G, dedicated network, private LTE, Enterprise communications.
    • Exposure of 4G to 5G transformation solutioning engagement with Global Tier 1 & Tier 2 carriers desired.
    • Domain knowledge in multiple 4G & 5G sub domain eg .. Packet Core, IMS, OSS- Orchestration- Network Management, BSS -charging - Mediation - Activation, NFVi, Edge etc.
    • Cross domain & E2E Architecting experience of full stack telecom network involving Core Network / packet core, NFV, BSS & OSS / Orchestration portfolios.
    • Exposure of RAN evolution, complementary technologies like Blockchain, Gen AI, Railway communication, API Exposure is an added advantage.

    Desired Skills :

    10+ years in Telecom sector with E2E Solutioning-Architecting AND/OR Product Management-

    Engineering AND/OR Consulting background.

    Cross domain experience of E2E network design involving Core Network / packet core, NFV, BSS & OSS/ Orchestration portfolios.

    Ability to innovate eg. White Paper, Blog, Ideation, Journal publications, patents, open-source

    contributions etc.

    Familiarity with Industry standards like ETSI, 3GPP, ITU, or other industry forums (eg. Openstack,

    CNCF projects etc).

    Exposure towards Enterprise - Industry use cases (FWA, CMTC, MMTC) using 4G+ 5G, dedicated

    network, private LTE, Enterprise communications.

    Exposure of 4G to 5G transformation solutioning engagement with Global Tier 1 & Tier 2 carriers

    desired.

    Exposure of multiple solution areas within 4G & 5G domain, eg .. packet core, Network Management, Orchestration, charging - Mediation - Activation, NFVi, Edge etc.

    Exposure of cRAN, vRAN, oRAN is an added advantage.
