Role:
Customer Care Executive
Location:
Bangalore
Shift Pattern: 9-30am to 6-30pm/10am to 7pm, 1 Rotational week off
Salary:15k-17k CTC
Languages:
English + 2 South languages is mandatory (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam)
Requirements:
- Good communication Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
