    Job Description :

    • As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions.
    • You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver scalable, highquality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • This position offers a unique opportunity to blend handson development with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the endtoend architectural design process for Salesforce solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability factors.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive solution designs.
    • Drive the implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform limitations.
    • Provide handson development expertise in designing and building custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.
    • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase.
    • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them grow their skills and advance their careers.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Serve as a technical thought leader within the organization, championing best practices, architectural principles, and emerging technologies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on Salesforce platform capabilities and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to prioritize and deliver Salesforce enhancements and initiatives that align with business objectives and goals.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce development processes, tools, and methodologies, focusing on increasing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and automation, leveraging Salesforce platform features, thirdparty integrations, and custom development to streamline business processes and improve user experiences.
    • Participate in the Salesforce community, attending events, conferences, and user groups to stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, focusing on complex, enterpriselevel projects.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Salesforce projects, including largescale implementations, custom development, and integrations.
    • Experience working in a leadership role within a Salesforce environment, with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team of developers, architects, and administrators.
    Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks.

    • Indepth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and best practices for configuration and customization.
    • Experience with Salesforce platform features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and OmniStudio.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities or potential for leadership, with experience leading and mentoring a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus.
