Roles & Responsibility

  • Develop error free best in class master catalogue, branched out brand catalogues
  • Liaison with Brands in fetching their catalogues and simplify them to fit into Luxury eCommerce ecosystem
  • Continuously develop the product catalogue (products, images, departments, categories, quantities, etc.) with best in class content fetching techniques.
  • Act as the SPOC for all data, catalogue, operations requirements
  • Maintain various productivity trackers with an aim of improving efficiency of the Agency.
  • Publishing metrics on Productivity, Quality, Lead time on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
  • Build effective customer insights and sales reports and contribute to the recommendation systems

Software skills required

  • Excel
  • High ( Should be comfortable with managing large volumes of data)

Soft skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Role is primarily operational so needs to be organised, fastpaced and driven
