    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Real Estate Sales & Marketing Operations. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Operations specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and drive business growth. The role is based in Mumbai and offers a competitive salary package.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends and regulations
    • Brand Promotion, Digital Marketing.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
    • End to End Cycle of Real Estate Process
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
    • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret sales and marketing data

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate services
    • Generate leads and drive business growth through various sales and marketing channels
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the real estate industry
    • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve sales targets
    • Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials
    • Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis
