RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with producers to handle presales questions while also closely working with wholesalers to determine opportunities to advance the call into a sales scenario
Accurately assisting with all forms and paperwork questions from producers
Providing expertise and answering questions related to proper usage of App-OnLine
Taking accountability for requests received over the phone that may require research and follow up to ensure reasonable resolution has been achieved
Explaining underwriting guidelines and interest rates on products

Complexity

Work on complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an indepth knowledge of the company

Interaction

Regular interaction with executives and/or major customers

Supervision

Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several departmental managers within the company

Problem Solving

Participate with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, MBA or Advanced Degree in Marketing or Statistics is preferred
