    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Quality Engineer at Spire.AI Copilot for Talent. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test strategies, perform manual and automated testing, and identify software defects and potential improvements. Your role will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 6 Years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer
    • Ability to test and trace defects end to end i.e. at UI, API and database levels
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
    • Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
    • Basic Knowledge of Java and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
    • Experience with tools like Jenkins, Postman.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
