    Tutorac is World's First of its kind Online Classroom Platform that bridges the gap between the Learners & Tutors Globally. Tutorac is a peer-to-peer ed-tech platform designed to connect learners and tutors together that does two key things: For learners, it can help them increase career prospects and provide access to best of the industry learning opportunities; for tutors, it gives a platform to share their knowledge with not only their local area but the world as well, with an easy-to-manage solution, enhancing earning opportunities and global exposure.

    We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for IT and education technology and a proven track record in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will spearhead our online marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for Tutorac.

    Key Qualities and Skillset:

    • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media including Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, , and PPC campaigns.
    • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyse data, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
    • Content Creation: Experience in overseeing content creation that resonates with targeted audiences.
    • Leadership: Lead the digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Technology Savvy: Understanding of the latest digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Creative Thinking: Innovate new marketing tactics to enhance brand presence.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects efficiently.
    • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Tutorac's digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase Tutorac's online presence and recruit both tutors and learners.
    • Manage the creation of engaging and SEO-friendly content for our blog, website, and social media platforms.
    • Oversee email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, to nurture leads and engage with our audience.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources for optimal ROI.
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to keep Tutorac at the forefront of digital education marketing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital channels.
    • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Social Media platforms to achieve targeted metrics. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyse data, and generate insights. Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the ed-tech or IT sector, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta.
    • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and content management systems.
    • Exceptional leadership skills to lead digital marketing initiatives.
