    Pristine AI is pioneering a 'Self-Improving' Retail enterprise solution platform. We are seeking highly motivated Solution/ML Engineers to join our teams in Mumbai and Chennai. As Solution/ML Engineer, you will leverage Software Engineering, LLM, Machine Learning, Oracle, and Azure to design, develop and implement solutions that will have a transformational effect on our clients' financial success and operational efficiency.

    Our solutions put the power of AI directly in the decision-makers' hands and accelerate smarter merchandising and store operations actions. Everyday our SaaS platform receives and learns from 40 million+ new customer interactions, representing 12,000 stores/websites and 30 million customers. Headquartered in Woburn, MA, we are a team of proven innovators, subject-matter experts, and tech pioneers with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

    ·We are looking for Senior Data Scientist with 3years to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our teams in Mumbai and Chennai – immediately. For this role, we are looking for solid foundation in AI, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science with proven implementation experience. Expertise in Deep Learning would be a plus.

    ·We apply LLM and Copilot technologies throughout our solution life cycle. We are looking for people with strong interest in innovative application of these technologies.

    ·We leverage AI in every aspects of our Solution Platform. Both our UX and Backend are ML-driven. We need engineers who are interested in participating in each solution life cycle phase and learn and & use the technologies that the company has chosen for each task.

    Designation : Data Scientist/ Senior Data Scientist

    Experience: 3- 5 years of experience

    Education: Bachelors / Master's Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Statistics or Math

    Locations: Mumbai, Chennai

    Technical Expertise and Familiarity

    ·Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms.

    ·Deep Learning techniques such as ANN, RNN, Transfer Learning, Explainable AI.

    ·Have experience working in NLP.

    ·Statistical techniques such as Causal inferencing, significance testing, A/B testing

    ·Gradient Descent, Multi-objective optimization, Combinatorial Optimization.

    ·AI Search algorithms

    ·Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, RF, Clustering, SVMs, Boosting.

    ·Data Visualization tools such as matplotlib, tableau etc.

    ·Languages: R and/or Python

    ·ML Frameworks and Libraries: TensorFlow, Pytorch, SkLearn

    ·Databases: SQL/NoSQL, Oracle, MySQL, In-memory Processing. etc.

    Responsibilities:

    ·Collaborates with data/AI Engineers, solution engineers, retail experts, and enterprise architects to implement solutions and improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.

    ·Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.

    ·Deploying models into production environments, providing the model with data stored in a warehouse or coming directly from sources, configuring data attributes, managing computing resources, setting up monitoring tools, etc.

    ·Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re[1]designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.

    ·Develop, customize, and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems.

    ·Understand business challenges, ask right questions, define precise problem statements, develop solution approaches that advance the state of the art, solve critical technical problems, lead the team and rapidly deliver highly effective solutions.
