- Generate leads through outbound calling efforts, effectively articulating our value proposition and services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities for further engagement.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our company and offerings.
- Build rapport with decisionmakers and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Followup on leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.
- Apply your knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies to engage with potential clients effectively.
- Understand the nuances of the Dubai market and tailor your approach to meet the needs of B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with leads, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation processes and improving results.
- 5+ years of Proven experience in lead generation and outbound calling, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Expert using Sale Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasing personality.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for sales.
