    Currentstate license to practice physicaltherapyLicensure by the state of Georgia bythe Physical Therapy BoardBLSCertification


    JobDuties:Organizes and conductsa medically prescribed physical therapy program designed to aidpatients in reaching their maximum functionalability.
    Serves as a supervisor to clinicalsupport staff to evaluate performance of against criteria stated inthe job description.
    Evaluates plans andadministers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment topatients.
