Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Work on customer onboarding
  • Interact with the product & tech team to suggest improvements/changes
  • Interact with the marketing team to suggest improvements/changes
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Conduct feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Pay:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
