Customer Success Executive - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Solar Ladder
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Work on customer onboarding
- Interact with the product & tech team to suggest improvements/changes
- Interact with the marketing team to suggest improvements/changes
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Conduct feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow up to ensure the resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Pay:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
