    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Product Management Director .

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of our Treasury/Capital Market offerings.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Product Strategy and Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for

    Treasury

    and Capital Market, aligning with overall business goals.
    Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product development initiatives

    Portfolio Management:
    Oversee the entire life cycle of

    Treasury

    and Capital Market products, from ideation to launch and on-going enhancement.
    Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

    Product Development:
    Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities for product enhancement.

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify competitive landscape and potential areas for growth in

    Treasury

    and Capital Market
    Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes affecting

    Treasury

    and Capital Market products.

    Risk Management:
    Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

    Work closely with risk and compliance teams to assess and address any emerging risks in the Treasury and Capital Market portfolio.


    Financial Management:
    Collaborate with finance teams to set pricing strategies, ensuring the profitability of

    Treasury

    and Capital Market products.
    Monitor and analyze financial performance, recommending adjustments as needed. Drive product strategy, innovation and development and product P&L. Direct focus on growing the business volumes, customer base and income

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
