    Description
    Job ObjectiveThis isa fulltime onsite role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located inChennai.

    The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible fordesigning developing and testing mechanical systems and componentsas well as contributing to the development of new products andimproving existing ones.

    They will collaborate with acrossfunctional team and provide solutions to complex engineeringproblems.
    Key Role &Responsibilities1)

    Bachelors Degree orhigher in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield2) Strong proficiency in CAD softwaresuch as SolidWorks AutoCAD or CATIA.

    Experience on solid worksshould be more than 3 years.3) Experiencewith FEA and CFD simulations4) Knowledge ofindustry regulations and standards (e.g.

    ASME ASTM ISOANSI)5) Experience in product developmentfrom concept to production6) Excellentproblemsolving skills and ability to communicate complex technicalideas to both technical and nontechnicalaudiences7) Experience with projectmanagement and ability to work effectively in crossfunctionalteams8) Experience with manufacturingprocesses materials and production methods9)Experience with rapid prototyping tools andmethodsRequirement &Qualifications:

    Experience:


    Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineeringespecially over solid works softwareKnowledge of basic wiring related to PLC HMIservos camera &other automation devices.

    Must have workedon industrial protocols as as servos gear head cylinders fixturesvision systems etc. Good communication& presentationskills


    Experience on software as CATIA AutoCAD will bepreferred Knowledge of principle and workingon other industrial products such as vision system Robotics gantryetc.
