Onboarding Support

  • Coordinating with courier partner in recovering assets from leaver employees on their LWD
  • Monthly wise Employee ID card processing for supporting BU's
  • Onboarding the new joiners and coordinate with Managers to have credentials ready for new Joiners on their date of joining

IT Support

  • Creating DC's and E way bills for assets Shipments
  • Insurance enrolment for assets dispatched and recovered and validating the same for all towers
  • Maintaining trackers for assets,Insrance,Employee details and updating it on daily basis

Departmental Support

  • Daily catch up call with supporting BU's
  • Collecting BU wise employee transport data and consolidating the same to transport team
  • Any Adhoc support as and when required from BU leads or associates
  • Joining team calls
  • Newsletter preparation
  • Organizing employee engagement activities
  • Partner employees timesheet management

Global Support

Litmos LMS-Daimler

  • Automation of LMS requests for Daimler through SharePoint
  • Managing Daimler engineers profile in LMS
  • User profile creation and Deletion, Assigning the engineers to respective teams to ease learning
  • Managing the content(Learning paths,courses,Modules) creation and Upload to LMS as per leads requests
  • Drafting weekly reports to the Global team to show real time progress of engineers
  • Assist and train Team leads/Team Admins on tool usage

LMS - Success factor

  • Automation of LMS requests for Success factor through Power BI and SharePoint
  • Adding in new CYOS programs, creating contents,items,curricula as per requests to set the trainings go live.
  • Creating quizzes,LMS classes, online element for blended ITEMS
  • Internal training on LMS
  • SF to supporting admins from India

Deal Assurance

  • Schedule and join weekly DA update and team blocker calls
  • Handling DA-Mailbox and calendar management(categorizing mails & GoG invites to respective folders)
  • Delegating as per SoW/policy handbook
  • Tracking and reporting on biweekly GMS Exe presales support call
  • Data Quality check as per GoG(Governance)invite and in BETO register
  • Triaging and handling engagements.
  • Cross check and clarify with requestor on basic details about the opportunities
  • Raising engagement request in the register for Maintenance Deals
  • Triggering the CSD comms to solution manager/service designer
  • Maintaining records of Deal Assurance scoreboard baseline

Training Support

  • Organizing and coordinating for process trainings(CCNA, ITIL V4 ,PMP,Prince etc.,) for CC-India
  • Training vendors official onboarded
  • Liaison with vendor to get the training slots/batches as per requirements
  • Reporting to BU leads on time to time updates on training
  • Coordinating with SPOCS from BU's in consolidating the nominations as per seats reserved
  • Scheduling and joining evaluation/solution call with trainer
  • Procuring the training stationaries and requirements
  • Keeping informed the nominees informed on the training details(Dates,Time, Venue etc.,)
