We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Database Administrator


In this role, you will:

  • Execution of production support services and for projects by providing technical support, creating knowledge base, and producing relevant data for trending & analysis purpose.
  • Work closely with group "Oracle" teams, Team leaders, and Managers to understand the scope of work, format, and the expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of Oracle and RDBMS concepts
  • Strong Oracle and Linux security architecture.
  • SQL programming skills. Scripting skills in Shell.
  • Hands on experience as Oracle DBA on Oracle 11.x and above.
  • Hands on build DB, configuration, upgrade, Migration and patching
  • Good working knowledge of Unix platforms Strong on Backup/Recovery RMAN and RAC
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience
  • Atleast 48 yrs experience in IT field and delivering successfully projects related to Infrastructure domain.
  • Indepth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Proven ability in leading technology teams using agile methodology and nurturing the talent.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Knowledge of Agile tools, such as JIRA, Confluence and other related tools etc. is must.
