    PLM is a forward-thinking organization here join as a Senior DevOps Lead, where you will drive the integration and implementation of DevOps methodologies across with innovative software development projects.


    Your expertise in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure management will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-tier customer experiences and satisfaction.

    This role is designed for a visionary leader passionate about implementing efficient, scalable solutions that meet and exceed client requirements and project timelines.


    Key Skills :
    Azure DevOps, jenkins, ansible, Git, sonarqube, selinium, JUnit, Maven, Gradle, Monitoring


    Responsibilities :

    • Spearhead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and operational practices.
    • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of software projects from an operational perspective, guaranteeing the alignment with client needs and industry standards.
    • Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading the charge in implementing necessary changes.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure projects are delivered with high quality and on schedule, meeting all client expectations.
    • Develop strategic plans for the implementation of IaaS solutions, optimizing infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Oversee application configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and satisfaction metrics.

    Requirements :

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or related fields, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing endtoend project executions, with a clear understanding of software development lifecycles and DevOps practices.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
    • Expertise in application configuration, CI/CD, and IaaS.
    • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
