Experience:


  • 35 years of experience as an Injection Molding Setter

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:


  • Set up and adjust injection molding machines based on production requirements
  • Ensure proper installation of molds, inserts, and other tooling components
  • Monitor and adjust machine parameters to achieve optimal production output
2.


Process Optimization:


  • Finetune molding processes to achieve product specifications and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, machinery, and materials
  • Collaborate with the production team to enhance overall process efficiency
3.


Quality Control:


  • Conduct regular inspections of molded products to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures during the production process
  • Make adjustments to machine settings to address quality issues and minimize defects

Tooling Maintenance:


  • Perform routine maintenance on molds and machinery to ensure longevity and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Keep detailed records of tooling maintenance activities

Training and Support:


  • Train and assist machine operators in the setup and operation of injection molding machines
  • Provide guidance to the production team on best practices and quality standards
  • Support the continuous improvement of skills within the team

Safety and Compliance:


  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and guidelines in the injection molding area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness

Skills and Competencies:


  • Proficient in setting up and operating injection molding machines
  • Strong understanding of molding processes, materials, and tooling
  • Problemsolving skills to address technical issues and optimize processes
  • Attention to detail for quality control and product specifications
  • Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment

Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
