    We are seeking a highly motivated AP/T&E Analyst to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a good communicator, works well independently, and collaborates effectively with others. This role requires expertise in AP/T&E operations and systems, with a focus on being meticulous, proactive, and possessing strong written and oral communication skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Own AP inbox and respond to inquiries
    • Reconcile supplier statements
    • Support supplier on-boarding
    • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
    • Process supplier invoices accurately
    • Provide monthly reports on accounts payable
    • Respond to T&E inquiries with exceptional service
    • Assist with corporate card on-boarding
    • Provide guidance to employees on T&E matters
    • Audit expense reports for policy compliance
    • Provide monthly reports on AP/T&E metrics
    • Support overall AP and T&E Department needs
    • Perform ad hoc projects

    Required Skills / Desired Experience:

    • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or relevant experience
    • High school diploma required, accounting college courses a plus
    • Strong understanding of company policies
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Organizational and time management abilities
    • Collaborative with various teams
    • Proactive in driving process improvements
    • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Customer service-oriented and motivated to work cross-functionally
    • Knowledge of ERP systems like Workday Expenses, Coupa, and Netsuite preferred
