Description
Understand Business requirements of training in Project Management and continually update the content and reference hand books.

  • Closely coordinate with Business; visit to project sites as may be necessary.
  • Closely work with HR to map competency development needs and for nominations
  • Design the contents, pedagogy & Manage the training Programs. Create reference handbooks.
  • Prepare program budgets and costing sheets
  • Identify Faculty for programs managed by self
  • Coordinate with internal and external faculty to ensure smooth delivery
  • Create Digital content for online modules
  • Connect with specified ICs as relationship manager
  • Write cases for teaching purposes, Publish Papers relevant to business
  • Manage collaborations (Domestic and International Institutions)
  • Contribute to Knowledge portal of IPM

  • Validate brochure content prepared by assigned program secretary
  • Follow up on Nominations as required.
  • Any other admin work as assigned by Dean
  • Coordination with programme secretaries
  • Continuously develop professional networking
