Experience : 2 to 5 Years
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- English proficiency.
- Coordinate with sales and service engineers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate sales and service meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
