Description
Telecalling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products/services and generating leads.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across departments.
- Act as a liaison between management and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in office management or administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
A high school diploma is required. Additional certifications or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
