    Description

    • Developing test automation code and scripts to validate feature code quality
    • Contributing to the development and maintenance of best practices regarding test data, test plans, test repositories, and test framework infrastructure
    • Developing mechanisms for collecting, interpreting, tracking, and reporting on test execution and quality metrics
    • Collaborating with the team to develop software applications from inception to completion
    • Defining high-level test plans, creating test cases, and executing them for functional, integration, system, and regression testing
    • Working with stakeholders and the project team to identify needs and gather requirements
    • Supporting the team in the design of user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Advocating and evangelizing best practices such as pair programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD)
    • Advocating automation of every part of the software delivery lifecycle
    • Assisting the scrum team with sprint planning, test design, test execution, defect analysis/root cause investigation, and reporting on test status
    • Identifying defects and missing information in requirements
    • Implementing and improving an automated testing framework at all levels of the application stack
    • Designing and implementing automated test cases
    • Contributing to the creation of a regression test plan specific to the project
    • Performing manual testing as required
    • Actively participating in the creation of quality assurance standards and recommendations for changes to the processing systems
    • Reviewing and recommending improvements to tools and technologies conducive to end-to-end visibility of the quality delivery pipeline
    • Ensuring security of personal health information (PHI) and reporting any violations or observations to management
