    Inviting applications for the role of [Senior Manager], [SAP 4 Hana Consultant]

    In this role, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling modules and will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing these systems to support business objectives.

    Experience on SAP 4 HANA implementation.

    This role involves working closely with the finance department to understand their processes and requirements, and with the IT department to implement and maintain the optimal SAP F/CO solutions.


    Responsibilities


    • Lead the strategic planning and execution of enhancements and optimizations for the SAP F/CO modules.
    • Perform thorough analysis and assessment of current SAP F/CO configurations to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Conduct detailed assessments of existing finance and controlling processes, identifying areas for improvement and integration.
    • Perform configuration changes to the SAP F/CO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), to improve financial operations and reporting.
    • Develop and implement custom reports, interfaces, extensions, and forms to meet specific business needs.
    • Execute advanced configuration and customization of the SAP F/CO modules to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of new features, custom reports, and interfaces within SAP F/CO.
    • Develop and maintain documentation on SAP processes, configurations, and business guidelines.
    • Manage SAP F/CO related projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
    • SAP 4 HANA implantation exposure – Develop, testing, training and optimize.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of SAP F/CO modules with other business systems.
    • Best Practices - Stay abreast of the latest SAP developments, features, and best practices, integrating these into the organization's SAP landscape.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and business processes. -.
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of years of experience in SAP F/CO module implementation and optimization.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Certified SAP F/CO Consultant is highly preferred.
