    PositionOverview:


    Weare seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with expertise inrecruiting for the KForce account. This fulltime position is basedin Lucknow and BangaloreIndia.

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborateclosely with KForce account managers and stakeholders to understandtheir staffing needs andrequirements.
    Source and attracttoptier IT professionals for roles specified by KForce includingsoftware developers systems analysts project managers and ITconsultants.
    Utilize varioussourcing methods such as job boards social media networkingreferrals and direct sourcing to identify qualifiedcandidates.
    Screen resumes conductinitial phone interviews and evaluate candidates technical skillsexperience and cultural fit for positions within the KForceaccount.
    Manage candidatepipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant trackingsystem (ATS).
    Coordinate andschedule interviews between candidates and KForce clients adheringto KForces process andrequirements.
    Provide necessaryguidance and support to candidates throughout the interview processensuring a positive candidateexperience.
    Negotiate offersfacilitate the hiring process and ensure a smooth transition forselected candidates.
    Build andmaintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring longtermconnections andreferrals.
    Understand and applyvisa regulations and requirements ensuring compliance withimmigration laws throughout the recruitmentprocess.
    Familiarity with taxterms and employment regulations relevant to IT staffing in theUS.



    Requirements:
    Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Scienceor related field preferred.
    Provenexperience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on recruiting for theKForce account.
    Indepth knowledgeof the IT industry including various technologies programminglanguages and IT jobroles.
    Familiarity with KForcesstaffing requirements processes andexpectations.
    Strong sourcing andnetworking skills with the ability to identify and engage passivecandidates.
    Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and establish trust with candidates andclients.
    Ability to work in afastpaced environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
    Experience usingapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.
    Resultsdriven mindset witha commitment to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets andgoals.
