    Marsh McLennan Technology team is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai/Pune office:

    Senior Scrum Master

    Expectations:

    - Lead the complete application development process, ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and align with IT strategies.

    - Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    - Manage product and software development, ensuring teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement.

    - Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within high-performing teams.

    - Establish high-performing application development teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Apply agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions effectively.
    • Train, mentor, and support scrum teams in embracing agile values, principles, and practices.
    • Manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items effectively.
    • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
    • Monitor progress and performance, assisting teams in making necessary improvements.
    • Plan and organize demos and product/system testing.
    • Ensure collaborative processes are utilized correctly and remove impediments for the scrum team.
    • Track project processes, deliverables, and finances.
    • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
    • Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
    • Outstanding people and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Distinguishing Factors:

    • Proficient in agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions proficiently.
    • Proven track record of managing teams and successfully delivering projects using the Scrum Agile Framework.
