    Description

    Job Description :

    Responsibilities :

    Java Application Development :

    • Develop highquality, scalable, and efficient Java applications and microservices.
    • Ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of developed software meet or exceed specified requirements.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Code Reviews and Team Management :

    • Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
    • Manage and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration :

    • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to design and implement robust solutions that meet business objectives.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to ensure a seamless integration and deployment process.
    • Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

    Qualifications :

    Education :
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.


    Technical Expertise :

    • Strong proficiency in Java development, microservices architecture, and Spring Boot.
    • Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

    Communication Skills :

    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

    Preferred Skills :

    Technological Proficiency :

    • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
    • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.

    Agile Development :

    • Handson experience in Agile development methodologies.
    • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently.
