    • NightShift (Fixed shift: 6.30 PM to 4.00AM)
    • 6 daysper week
    • USShift

    JobSummary: We are seeking a motivated and customerorientedindividual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. Theideal candidate will assist clients contact vendors and performvarious administrative tasks to support our real estate operations.While not the main focus knowledge in accounts is preferred toprovide assistance to the Accounts team when needed. This role issuitable for both experienced candidates and freshers with a keeninterest in customersupport.


    Requirements

    BasicResponsibilities:

    • ClientAssistance: Provide outstanding support toclients addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues toensure client satisfaction.
      VendorContact: Liaise with vendors as necessary coordinatingactivities and services to support businessoperations.
    • AdministrativeSupport: Undertake office administration tasks to ensuresmooth operation of the officeenvironment.
    • AccountsAssistance (Secondary): Assist the Accounts team withbasic accounting tasks as needed though this is not the primaryresponsibility.

    ExperienceandQualifications:

    • Education:Bachelors degree(Required).
    • Experience:1 year in customer support preferred but freshers are encouraged toapply.
    • Background:Preferably with an understanding or background inAccounts.
    • Language:Proficiency in English(Required)

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
