Responsibilities

  • Greeting for Client and Guest
  • Assist the Front Office team.
  • Help with inventory control.
  • Organise staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Support management.
  • Previous work experience as a Back Office Executive.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Back office / Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
