What you'll be doing:

The role will be responsible for maintaining & modifying the existing e-learning resources, identifying other recommended course revisions and partnering with the business stakeholders to identify needed changes.

Additionally, the role will be responsible for Project managing complex L&D projects with various internal and external stakeholders.- Review existing course materials to confirm learning objectives.- Conduct learning needs analysis with internal stakeholders.- Determine skill and performance objectives, activities, and knowledge assessments for learning. Review and revise content based on feedback from internal reviewers, or stakeholders and resolve conflicting feedback.- Develop and integrate content, materials, media, to meet detailed design specifications, standards, templates, and support the overall learning objectives for either e-learning, Instructor Led Trainings or virtual ILT.

Instructor Led Training sessions.- Conduct testing of e-Learning courses before hosting it in the LMS.- Evaluate course assessment results and identify continuous improvement areas and enhancements based on lessons learned.- Manage the outsourced design & development work with the vendor and work on internal design & development projects, simultaneously.

What we're looking for:

yrs + of relevant Instructional Design experience preferably with enterprise eLearning experience- Practical training/learning industry experience, preferably with a consulting organization in the domain of digital learning will be an added advantage.- Proven experience of designing & developing e-learning solutions with authoring tools like (but not limited to) Articulate 360, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Vyond, new tools that use Gen AI etc.- Proficient in Learning Management Systems- Must possess a thorough understanding of adult learning principles, Bloom's Taxonomy and/or similar frameworks that are used in Instructional Design.- Demonstrate knowledge of courseware development tools, such as Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.- Proficiency in Storyboarding (writing skills)- Knowledge of instructional design techniques and practice with several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)- Show proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint- Ability to develop e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate), Creative Cloud, Vyond, Gen A.I tools etc.- Ability to work and communicate constructively with a broad set of stakeholders and learners.- Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on key priorities and conflicting demands.- Must have a thorough understanding of the challenges which are unique to training for a geographically and culturally diverse organization in a highly compliant and competitive environment.- Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global team.- Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to project management in clinical trial industry- Professional certifications regarding adult learning or instructional design are recommended but not required.
