Job Profile:

Faculty monthly payout analysis
This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
Preparing teachers Payout report on monthly Basis. Collect, calculate and enter data, thereby maintaining payroll information.
Coordinate with the HR Department for staff details, attendance and other data for calculating the staff salary.
Ensure company and staff information is kept confidential so as to protect payroll operations and win the confidence of employees.
Coordinate with Operations Manager for Teachers attendance and calculating the teacher's salary (7th Payroll & 15th Payroll) every month.

Other Attributes:

Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
Excellent communication skills in English & Marathi
Pro in Microsoft excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, document & ppt
Accounts background will be helpful

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation

Working Days & Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10AM to 7PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Salary:
₹11, ₹15,000.00 per month
