    Description

    The Opportunity :
    We are seeking a sharp and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team.

    You will play a key role in unlocking the power of data to drive informed business decisions across marketing, product, and growth initiatives.

    In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics to significantly impact the company's success.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design and develop comprehensive data models that support datadriven decision making for business, marketing, and product teams.
    • Identify critical metrics that accurately define key business outcomes and establish data governance best practices.
    • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future outcomes based on relevant data inputs.
    • Conduct customer segmentation analysis to uncover distinct customer groups with unique characteristics and behaviors.
    • Formulate datadriven strategies to enhance business outcomes across growth, marketing, and product development efforts.
    • Recommend and create an experimental roadmap for A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize P&L metrics.
    • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and tools in data analysis and data science.

    Requirements :

    • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on product and business analytics in a D2C (DirecttoConsumer) environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully applying data analysis to solve realworld business problems and drive growth.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify key insights from complex datasets.
    • Expertise in data modeling techniques and methodologies.
    • Indepth knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
    • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and potentially model development.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present data insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
