Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and advertising requirements.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising solutions that align with their goals.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' advertising needs.
Recommend appropriate advertising strategies, formats, and platforms.
Present and pitch advertising proposals effectively, highlighting the value and benefits.
Sales Targets and Quotas:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Adapt sales approaches based on market insights and emerging opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the advertising team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to deliver on clients' expectations.
Negotiation and Closing:
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients.
Secure signed contracts and agreements to close sales.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
