    The candidate should have both a strongtheoretical understanding and practical experienceandshould be able to demonstrate thatexpertise with concrete examples. Provenexperience in stewardship knowledge of regulatory rules andreporting Basel 3 Reformsregulatoryknowledge and executing and delivering solutions for thestakeholders Proven experience in reporting(Financial or nonFinancial) reporting to aregulator Experience of working for Creditrisk or Market Risk or Capital Management or BASELII/IIIRegulatorychanges Proven knowledge and experience ofRWA and EAD regulatory calculation andreportingrequirements
    INTERNALUnderstanding of the control environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills capable ofinteracting with Seniorbusiness partners/stakeholders Excellent Microsoft PowerPointand presentation skills Excel and WordMicrosoft Visio skills application and experience can aid processmapping work Experience of groupfacilitation to drive challenging changeinitiatives Knowledge and practicalimplementation of structured techniques to support businessprocessimprovementStrong business analytical skills Experienceof working with onshore/offshore modelExperience of working closely with a wide range ofstakeholders Analytical person with apositive personality outstanding communication and problemsolvingskills to coordinate with businesspartners of different backgroundsDemonstrate initiative a selfstarter who accepts challenges withstrong sense of ownershipand accountabilityrequiring minimal direction Proven abilityto communicate with all levels of management in a clear concisemanner Outstanding attention to detail anddedication to maintain a strong control environmentandability to seek for potentialimprovements Dedication to fostering aninclusive culture and value diverseperspectives
