    Description
    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    • State the primaryresponsibilities of the role and the primary tasks for eachfunction.
    • Plan and execute risk based internalaudits with guidance and supervision from Manager/AVP Internalaudit. Ensure audit projects are documented in Audit Board timelyand as per QAIP standards.
    • Identify issuesand make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.Followup on those issues and test remediation efforts.
    • Draft audit reports and have closure discussion withrespective project / process owners and other relevantstakeholders.
    • Execute controls assigned forSOX & ICOFR and provide assistance where required towards Adhocprojects
    • Administrative duties: Timekeepingattending team meetings completing require
    • trainings assisting on departmental programs like QualityAssurance and other administrative tasks.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    The basic requirementsneeded to be able to successfully perform the duties of therole.
    • EXPERIENCE: Typically 3years of internal audit experience. Individual is expected toexhibit strong audit knowledge specifically for internal audits andprocess audits.
    • CERTIFICATION(S):CA
    • KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND OTHERATTRIBUTES:
    • May include more than one of eachtype. Each preferred qualification should have its own bulletpoint.
    • Skilled in Internal Audits andknowledge of SOX & ICFR control testing Proficiency with MSOffice Suite
    • Ability to follow guidelinesidentify and resolve problems.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
