We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing real estate team.

As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions
  • Maintain a customer database of information and update it regularly

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

₹18, ₹21,000.00 per month
