Inside Sales Intern - Bengaluru, India - Tbot Systems
Description
Tbot Techno Systems, an IT solutions and services company, is seeking an Inside Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Inside Sales team with generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing deals.You will work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions to meet their IT infrastructure needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry and enhance your sales skills while working with a trusted partner that collaborates with the world's leading IT Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through research, prospecting, and cold calling
- Assist the Sales team with identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Support the Sales team in preparing and delivering presentations to clients
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A desire to learn about the IT sales industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
