Junior Recruiter Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the senior recruitment team to understand the job requirements and create effective job descriptions (JDs).
Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance recruitment skills.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
0-1 month of experience in recruitment or basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills.
Proactive and self-driven attitude to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
