Accounts Executive


Salary Package: 10,000 to 15,000 INR


Work Mode:
Initially work from home, transitioning to work from office after 2 months

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

This role will start as a remote position, with the expectation of transitioning to an office-based role in Kochi, Kerala, after an initial work-from-home period of 2 months.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and assist with audits.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an accountsrelated role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Environment:

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Competitive salary package of 10,000 to 15,000 INR.
