    About theClient:

    Key roles andresponsibilities:

    Build existingand new ESG programs that align to the strategy and leverage toexpand opportunities within the business.

    Develop and execute an overall program/project managementoperational and change management strategy related to businessinitiatives/processes

    Create dashboards andreporting to track performance for various audiences (employeesExecutives & Board level).

    Workcrossfunctionally to develop and implement successful marketingcorporate communications and PR strategies.

    Actas a thought leader in ESG; Understanding current and futurechallenges within the industry and educating and prioritizing theseissues with internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Overseeing implementation of the E&S ActionPlan

    Develop external ESG reporting and workcollaboratively across Supply Chain Legal Finance ProcurementMarketing and Talent to drive program awareness and communicateprogram results.

    Develop and implementcorporate programs to drive awareness and achieve intendedtargets.

    Create and drive engagementopportunities that serve employees suppliers consumers and partnerswhile aligning with Redington s mission and vision.

    Reporting to internal committee on sustainability on anymaterial issue that has arisen as a result of the operation of theE&S Management System and an explanation as to how it isbeing dealt with.

    Examining policies andprocedures relating to the E&S Requirements and theirimplementation and making recommendations for theirimprovement

    EducationQualification / Additional Certifications:

    Bachelor s Degree required (Master s Degreepreferred).

    Experience in executing a globalprograms preferred

    Practical and innovativecandidate with a track record for translating strategic thinkinginto action plans and results.

    Stronganalytical skills with the ability to build out metrics andsynthesize data.

    Possess an established networkof ESG/CSR colleagues from whom you can seek advice.

    Familiarity with frameworks such as SDG s(SustainableDevelopment Goals) reporting standards such as SASB (SustainabilityAccountability Standards Board) TCFD (Task Force on Climate relatedfinancial disclosures) GRI and ratings agencies such as MSCI

    Broad knowledge of social environmentalsustainability and governance issues
