Job description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as designing seamless user experiences across various digital platforms.

Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs and translating them into engaging, easy-to-use designs.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets both user requirements and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions that meet both user and business needs.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that their needs are prioritized.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)
