We are a well-established company operating for the last decade is looking for following position

Job Title - Senior Inside Sales Asssociate

Job Location - Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045
Mode of Work - Work from Office

Qualification - Any

Age Years

CTC - 6.5 LPA

1. Fixed CTC- 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/Month)

2. Variables & Incentive - 2 LPA
Other Perks

1. Sponsored Lunch
Uncapped Incentive but our average associate earns 15-20K/month (Weekly

incentive settlement)

Fixed 20% Appraisal on in hand salary every year
Yearly bonus of 50% of monthly in hand salary
Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) - Employee will get some shares of the

organization

Learning & development plans
Certification, Performance Bonus and Reward

Days Working - 6 Days

Week off - Sunday (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities of the Role

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in non Edtech industry in sales (B2C) or minimum 6

months of experience in any other Sales industry (B2C)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, communication and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
