    At Alle, we are building an AI-powered fashion & lifestyle assistant that helps users discover personalised information & inspiration for their lifestyle goals.


    We're assembling the founding team and are looking for an ML Engineer/Data Scientist with experience building Search & Recommendation systems.

    You will work closely with the founders to bring this vision to reality.

    Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.

    Job Roles and Responsibilities :

    - System Development : Design, develop, and deploy systems for search and recommendation systems tailored to user preferences and behaviours.

    - Data Analysis & Modelling : Analyse complex datasets to uncover insights and patterns that inform model development. Implement and test various search and recommendation algorithms to improve system performance.

    - Optimisation & Scaling : Optimise existing machine learning models for performance and scalability. Ensure systems can handle increasing volumes of data and user queries efficiently.

    - Cross-functional Support : Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate these systems into the product, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.

    Cultural Expectations :

    • 36 years of experience in ML, data science, or a related field, with handson expertise in building, deploying & improving search and recommendation systems (preferably for largescale B2C companies)
    • Quick learner and technical problemsolving capabilities
    • Prior experience working in fastpaced startups is a big plus
    • Collaborate effectively with a small, closeknit team
    • Demonstrate a passion for fashion and lifestyle trends
    • Show a proactive attitude towards learning and implementing AI/ML technologies
    • Communicate openly and transparently with team members and stakeholders
