Design Ops Associate - Data and Insights

As the Design Operations Associate you will fill a crucial need in growing our Design Ops team by enabling operational consistency in primary work-enabling functions.

You will be afforded responsibilities aligning to specific strategic and tactical projects and can work across a broad range of business areas and initiatives.

You will have interaction across the group and involvement in projects that will directly impact our Design and Customer Experience team (DCE).

You will collaborate and engage with Design Management & Operations (DMO) leads/employees and directly impact the efficiencies that can be gained for our operational functions.

**Job Responsibilities

  • Drive successful hiring, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience operating independently, with mínimal oversight
  • Excellent ability to jump into a new environment and learn quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Team player who cares as much about the team's and members' success as they do their own
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: - 2-4 years of experience in operations/project management/business management partnering with design, research, and leadership

  • Experience in improving team collaboration and productivity through project management to change the way teams
  • Ability and experience in providing technical assistance to peers and navigating through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
  • Professional curiosity to understand processes/systems and develop into a Subject Matter Expert
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Products, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Some knowledge of JIRA and creating/editing dashboards in JIRA

Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills:


  • Familiarity of JIRA and creating/editing dashboards in JIRA
